What this site is

Independent, free calculators and a fee-rate reference for Etsy sellers. Using the site means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Not affiliated with Etsy

SellerFeeTools has no connection to Etsy, Inc. Etsy has not reviewed, endorsed, or approved anything here. "Etsy" is used only to describe whose fees the calculators model.

Not professional advice

Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, or business advice. Fee treatment varies by country, shop configuration, and VAT registration status. Anything that affects money you owe or prices you charge should be confirmed with a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

Rates can be wrong; Etsy's page is authoritative

Every rate on this site carries a verification date and a confidence label, and known gaps are listed on the About page. But rates change, sources conflict, and mistakes happen. Where this site and etsy.com/legal/fees disagree, that page is correct. Your own payment account statement is the only record of what Etsy actually charged you.

Provided as-is

The site and its calculators are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. A calculator is a model of published rates, not a guarantee of the fees you will be charged.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerFeeTools is not liable for any loss — including lost profit, mispriced products, tax assessments, or business decisions — arising from use of the site or reliance on its figures. Pricing decisions are yours, made with your own verification.

Acceptable use

• Don't hammer the API. Rate limiting is in place, and automated abuse will be blocked.
• Don't resell or rebrand the calculators as your own product without permission.
• Quoting a rate with attribution and a link is welcome — that is what llms.txt and the rate page are for.

Paid features, if and when they exist

The calculators are free. Paid capabilities described on the pricing page are not live; the waitlist there is informational. If paid features launch, their own terms will be shown at purchase and will not retroactively change these terms.

Changes

These terms may change as the site does. The date below moves when they do. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
